Tanglewood
Tanglewood is a Portland-based and woman-owned beverage company that I got the chance to work with at Good & Gold. Their chaï beverages are absolutely delicious and are sold DTC and wholesale. You can find Tanglewood in many coffee shops in the US but Either/Or in PDX is their home base. As we were redesigning their email template, we also redesigned their entire homepage from scratch.
Goal
Tanglewood was looking to revamp their email template to engage more with their users and grow their audience. We really wanted the template to feel simple but yet precious, colorful but yet minimalist. The chai beverages are really here to bring you joy and relaxation. We wanted the design to reflect that and have a peaceful vibe.
As part of our efforts, we also redesigned the homepage of their website. The goals were to clearly highlight the products, bring clear communications about the company, and engage with users through animation and beautiful images.
This email template was designed in Figma and built-in Klaviyo. The homepage was built in Shopify.

Outcome
The homepage has been a significant improvement to their overall user experience which helped convert more users.
The email template was built in Klaviyo which allowed us to update all automation with the new design and updated copy. Tanglewood is successfully engaging with users and growing their audience!
